Sebastian Rivera Cintron

Sebastian Rivera Cintron is a multimedia artist and community leader of Puerto Rican and Italian heritage with over ten years of experience in local and national organizing. His work has included grassroots organizing, national training, legislative advocacy, and community engagement.

Sebastian has experience in the energy sector through policy work on energy systems and public utilities, as well as creating educational tools, including a digital comic book to help communities better understand how energy systems work.

As an artist, he collaborates with marginalized communities to create public art that highlights their stories, voices, and aspirations. His work focuses on building connections, inspiring critical thinking, and empowering communities.

Now serving as Outreach & Engagement Representative at CEF, Sebastian brings together community organizing, creativity, and energy expertise to strengthen relationships and expand community impact.
