Where should I park for the Summit?
We encourage you to park in the North Parking lot on the Morris campus. There will be directional signage to support finding the student center. The parking office and campus security are aware of the event, so you can simply park in the complimentary campus lots.
What is the cost of attending the event?
$75 for general admission and $25 for student admission. Speakers and sponsors will receive complimentary registration. Thanks to our sponsor, Ralph K. Morris Foundation, we have been able to keep registration costs low, but we don't want financial access to be a barrier to attending this event. Please reach out to info@cominnesota.coop to request a scholarship.
Is there a virtual option?
No, this event is in-person only.
Where should I stay?
The GrandStay Hotel, The Hudson Inn, and the University of Minnesota Morris campus lodging are all sold out.
Summit organizers don’t have additional blocks secured but attendees can try to book at the Wrangler Hotel in Morris, or one of the options in Glenwood, MN.
What are the available travel options to reach Morris, MN?
Morris, Minnesota is located approximately 2 hours by car from Fargo, North Dakota and nearly 3 hours from the Twin Cities.
For those flying, Fargo (FAR) Airport or Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP) Airport is recommended. There will be co-op bus leaving the Twin Cities late morning July 29th and returning evening July 30th. The round trip bus cost is just $15 per person thanks to sponsor support. Please visit reserve a bus ticket on the registration page if you are interested.

Childcare:
In partnership with Minnesota Farmers Union and their camp counselors, we will be able to offer childcare for attendees. Let us know if you are interested by checking the box on your registration submission. Children need to be at least 5 years old and able to use the bathroom on their own. There is a minimum of 5 children needed for childcare to be offered. Registrations are due by Friday, July 18th.
