Marty Ruddy

Marty founded Terra Firma Building and Remodeling 25 years ago and successfully transitioned from sole proprietorship to Employee Owned Cooperative 13 years ago.  Marty is Company Manager of the Twin Cities based construction company where he shares ownership with 21 other employees.
