Gretchen Nicholls

Gretchen Nicholls is a Senior Program Officer with LISC Twin Cities supporting housing, community ownership models, and transit-oriented development.  She authored the LISC publication “Community Ownership Through Real Estate: A guide for finding the right strategy”, and co-leads for the Developers of Change capacity building initiative.  Her focus is on housing, capacity building, and community ownership models. Gretchen leads the Corridor Development Initiative (CDI), a nationally award-winning process that engages the community to guide future development along transit corridors.
