Erin Laverdure

Erin Laverdure is a 23-plus-year employee of Basin Electric Power Cooperative headquartered in Bismarck, ND. She knows a few things about power plants and transmission lines, and has experience in writing, editing, project coordination, and community, member and media relations. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communications with an emphasis in public relations, and an MBA in energy management, both from the University of Mary. She holds Certified Cooperative Communicator credentials from the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. She’s served on a variety of boards in various capacities, but one in particular brings her to Morris. She’s past president and current board member for Energy Capital Cooperative Child Care, which she co-founded.
