Diane Prickett

Diane Prickett is the Executive Director and one of the founders of Minnesota Lifestyle Solutions (MLS), a worker owned cooperative providing home and community-based services in 6 counties in central Minnesota. MLS became fully licensed with the Department of Human Services in October of 2024, currently employs 30 team members, and is making a difference in the lives of the people they serve and their community. At the counties request, Diane and other MLS owners establish a second company. MLS Rides LLC, owned by the cooperative, offers Waiver and Nonemergency Medical Transportation, which includes rides to medical appointments as well as work, visiting family and friends, church, etc. can be provided. MLS Rides owns/ operates 2 vehicles, a wheelchair accessible van and a car, and currently employes 5 drivers. Requests for services are high; expansion is in progress.

Diane has been a mentor, supervisor, and caregiver in the field of service for four decades supporting individuals to achieve their desired potential.
